Overwatch flickers between 59 & 60 fps

I don't know what to do. When I don't switch on the V-Sync it goes to 100 fps, but when I do, it just flickers between 59 & 60, it's the first game to do that on my PC. (i7-4790k, GTX 970). Nvidia's control panel says that my monitor's refresh rate is set at 60hz.

you don`t need to turn off v-sync and if you do what is the problem? 60 fps is fine right?

yea that's what VSync does m8. it aligns your FPS with your refresh rate. 60fps to 60Hz

and it flickers because it might not be always accurate. but I mean 1fps. don't fret over that.

if there's no screen tearing don't enable VSync

for amd card users...disable vsync and switch to windowed mode

Bowser it depends on your monitor. If your monitor is 60hz, then what you're experiencing is perfect. If your monitor has a higher refresh rate than that, try disabling vsync in-game and control it via Nvidia control panel.
