Overwatch & Fornite Crash & Freezing

I recently built a new pc and planned to play fornite and overwatch but on both games I have an issue. On Overwatch my pc freezes and the only way to stop it is to shut down. On Fortnite I get the same issue, but more commonly I crash and get the report, "An unreal process has crashed: UE4 FortniteGame". Any solutions?

CPU: Ryzen 7 1700
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 WINDFORCE OC 6
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB
Motherboard: ASUS Strix B350-F
PSU: EVGA 600 BQ, 80+ BRONZE 600W, Semi Modular
Memory: Samsung 860 EVO SATA 6GB

You may want to ensure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard. Are you on the latest GPU drivers? Can you replicate the issue with another title(apart from the two you've mentioned)? During idle, can you monitor your system resource usage?

Over that past few days I have tried what you have suggested. Motherboard BIOS has been updated and GPU drivers were updated and this did not fix the issue. I installed Destiny 2 and I did not get the crash or freeze that I got from the other two titles. There are links below of my system resource usage during idle. Any other suggestions?
