Well I have narrowed my choices to one of these two products and ill say that i am having the hardest of times making my decision.

I already know the majority of posters here ar THG are going to recommend sony but i was wondering if anyone actually owns the Viewsonic P255 no "f" included.

One of the main reasons why i want to see if anyone has ever used the P255 becuause i think it may have the best specs overall.

Well anyway here are the two competing brands specs...tell which you think is best:

Go with the SONY and put the $100 plus dollars you sae toward new GeForce 4 video card. There is no other decision that you can make. Ive always had SONY TV's and puter mons and never was ever disappointed. The SONY specs are tight and the display is superb. Stay away from flat panels. Their refresh is ultra slow compared to the CRT's.

I was hedging towards the Sony as well. I wish there was more monitor reviews here at THG in the CRT department. Alot of money to spend on something you expect to keep 3-5 years before a new upgrade.
