The multiplier and bus speed. The 800E is 8 x 100. The 800EB is 6 x 133. Since the multiplier is locked, if you are into overclocking, you can do more with the 800E.

And the 700 is cheaper and overclocks to 933 with standard cooling at 133MHZ bus speed. Want more bus speed? Buy a 600 or 650 and keep your finger crossed or get a LOT of extra cooling!

I easily overclocked my 700E to 7X133=933, so I went on and tried 140FSB(35MHzPCI). No problem. This ASUS P3B-F with CuMine support runs 35 to 50 C at 7X 140FSB=980MHz.. yes, 980 (more spiky than 'underclocked @ 700', but under control with Golden Orb). I got a zero error stability certificate (will post if you want to see it.. just tell me where).
ASUS GeForce 32Mb Pure is running stable@93MHz !!
