I used to have a Commodore 64 in the 80's. It used an Apple cassette reader and the games took like 5 minutes to load, LMAO. It was great though, a big step up in the graphics department compared to the Atari which I had at the time.
 
Yes, if you look at the prices of PIII Coppermines, you'll see what I'm talking about.

yup...the .13 micron pIII-s's are very expensive still too

Hell yeah, I'm still of my Dual Pentium II computer, I swear it's case is solid lead, it must weigh a 80000 pounds

bring back the ZX81! Now <i>that</i> was computing power at its finest. It's all been downhill since then..

actually, no - it's predecessor the ZX80 was even better.. no native support for floating point - integer calculations only..

what gets me...is how expensive those old xeons are!

You can pick up a z-80 from ebay real cheep...a few bux..

But then again the z-80s are still in production....so i guess you could get them directly from zilog...
