P5GDC Raid setup configuration

Is it possible to setup the raid in this configuration. I want to setup the
computer to boot from one drive then mirror my data disk. Should I boot
from the IDE and mirror using SATA or vice versa?

Either way will work. Just set up the one disk then in the raid utility
create raid mirror using existing disk. It will then copy onto the second
disk
