P5KPL-AM IN Doesn't have Graphics Card slot?

Hey, I have ASUS- "P5KPL-AM IN" motherboard and i wanted to install a Graphics card but when i opened my case 'BAM!' no slot??
It only has some "empty space and so many small dots* " ( YEAH SOUNDS STRANGE ) where the slot should be
WHAT DO I DO????
ISN'T THERE ANY WAY TO INSTALL A GRAPHICS CARD????

If you want to make the moderators annoyed very quickly, opening up multiple threads on the same topic for no reason is a great way to go about it.

ASUS says it has a PCI-Express slot. I think I'm going to need a picture at this point, given your confusion in another thread on the subject - I'm not sure you have the expertise to visually describe what is going on in there.

Checked manual for this mobo (https://www.asus.com/supportonly/P5KPL-AM%20IN/HelpDesk_Manual/ ) and indeed, it has only PCIE x1 slot and 2 PCI slots. That means, PCIe GPU is out of question. The only thing possible would be PCI card https://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?N=1069609642&Submit=ENE but considering their power, it's pointless anyway.

Ah, I see, I didn't see the "IN" part. Appears to be a lower quality variant.

So yeah, the solution is to get a new motherboard, unfortunately.

You can't use a graphics slot you don't have. Risers aren't magical. That motherboard should have a single PCI-Express slot and if there's something already in there, you have to choose between that thing and a new thing.

As DS said, your only real options are to remove what's currently in your PCIe slot if it's taken, or buy a mobo that has more slots that offer enough for your card and whatever else you have

It appears your best bet is going to be to find a graphics card with a PCI-Ex1 interface. Given the age of your system, something like this Jaton Geforce 8400GS or this Jaton Geforce GT710 would be options, but I would not expect to be able to play any modern games with either of these solutions.
