P75-d3 mobo issue

Hi guys.
This my first time posting here, I'm Arabic so sorry for my bad english in advance.
My problem is that i bought a used bundle I7 3770 + gigabyte p75-d3 for a good price replacing my old asus and phenom, then when i try to install windows 10 pc restarts in the first or second screen that shows the keyboard, time and currency
Changed ram one stick at once on different 4 banks the same problem presests different rams different bus nothing new, nothing but the keyboard and main ssd are blugged in
Tried w10 and 7 from flash and dvd
Neither worked.
Please tell me what to do.

Update:
When I try to Memtest86 from a bootable device the pc restarts instantly.

Specs:
Mobo: Gigabyte p75-d3
Cpu: I7 3770 3.4Ghz
Gpu: Gtx 750 1GB
Ram: Kingston 8GB 2x4 1333mhz
Psu: Corsair vs 550W

I found it out at last.
It is the Corsair vs550.
I've ordered s12ii-520 instead.
