I need help to build a pc with Intel Core i5-2400 Sandy Bridge 3.1GHz. Which motherboard should I buy: ASUS P8H77-V os P8H77-V LE?

Why do u want to pay $104.99 for PSU?
---------------------

[strike]The i5-2400 costs $189.99[/strike]

[strike]And the i5-2500 is 209.99

Where did you see $104.99? at newegg. U still didnt say what GPU do u have?
And why do u want that PSU if i are budget minded : )

2500K will make u much happier.

U don't need to buy all in newegg.

http://us.ncix.com is as good as newegg.

At the moment I have Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q6600 2.40GHz, 3.49GB RAM.

I didn't know us.ncix .
OK, if I get this i5-2500, again I ask: will the other parts be the same as for i5-2400? And how about the PSU I chose? Do you have a better suggestion?

U don't have a graphic card?

Hello, Nikkor! I'm back again.
I thought it over about getting an i5-2500 and decided to buy it, following your suggestion. As for a graphic card, I might as well have the video on board that comes with the processor, I am not interested in game playing.

Motherboard => ASUS P8H77-M/CSM

Memory http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820233186

Power Supply => Corsair HX650W

I wrote to www.US.NCIX.com but unfortunately they said that all payments must be via US issued credit card, so they won't accept my card from Brazil. Too bad!

Anyway, I have to place my order today, otherwise my friend in the USA won't get the items in time to bring them to me.

-------------------------------------------------

Nikkor, you're suggesting Antec Basiq BP350 350W

instead of Corsair HX650W ? I use my computer for 8 to 10 hours/day, not for gaming though... Wouldn't it be better to have 650W? I'm so stupid in computer hardware issues... I'm relying on your help and thank you very much for this!

I know where u are coming from : ))

But if u will get that other PSU, it will use only 35% of the power.

Than, that PSU has great features, but those are most important for gamer's only.

Its easy to pay for nice PSU, but in your case is just waist of money and u can use that elsewhere.

U don't need 6 cylinder 4.0 Liter engine to power up your lawn mover : )

Take a look at this chart. It shows how much power the GPU's are taking from the PSU.

And your system don't have any, just the one on CPU.

And that takes very little, much less than any of those listed in this picture.

The lowest power is drawn by HD 7750 @ 43 Watts.

That card looks like this.

Oh, Nikkor, another change in mobo?? I'm going nuts! Anyway, the price is good.

It seems you're an expert on what we'be been discussing, but this picture is like a
hyeroglyph to me... can't understand it. Just in between, how about having 500W Real?

Funny what you wrote somewhere: "U don't need 6 cylinder 4.0 Liter engine to power up your lawn mover : ) " You also said "I know where u are coming from : )) " Do you? I'm from Brazil, you see our map+colors. And where are from?

I know the flag, I used to play soccer for living, so Brazil, I know : )

"I know where u are coming from : )) "

I meant, that when people don't know about the PC stuff and its

hard to chose the right parts : ))

======================
So true! I've been having a hard time these last 2/3 days....
Tell (if you want to), where are you from?
