I've tried everything you guys have suggested to other people having this issue but no matter what i try i still can't get my MB to recognize all my ram (Which is 16GB and it only recognizes 8GB) CPU-Z recognizes all of them though.

I have tried all slots with all my rams, all of them are working but my MB only recognizes 8GB now.

It used to recognize all two days ago but i had to reset CMOS and since then it doesn't recognize them anymore, MemOK was giving some troubles too and i tried with another RAM and my pc couldn't even boot.

(First time posting so maybe there is some info missing, let me know)

Solution
Try clearing CMOS again (using jumper across pins 2 & 3; see page 1-24 of the motherboard manual), and make sure to wait for more than 10~15 seconds before replacing the jumper back to normal motherboard operation mode across pins 1 & 2.

Try booting into BIOS with known working memory and in the Exit menu select Load Optimized Defaults and select appropriate setting. Save and exit and reboot.

Try the 16 GB of memory again. Make sure the memory is seated properly.

Sorry for my late answer, clearing CMOS again did nothing, i waited like a minute and nothing.

My cpu is i5 3570k 3.40Ghz and my Ram is Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B running X.M.P profile 9-9-9-24 1.50V

Edit: When i try to turn my pc with another RAM not being one of mine it doesn't even gets to the BIOS, it stays there in black doing nothing and when i turn it off it doesn't turns back again until i remove the power wire or clearing the CMOS.

Not even using MemOK! can help the pc boot with another RAM instead of mine

If trying to boot the system with another DIMM, make sure it is compatible (check using memory manufacturers memory search, and motherboard memory QVL if necessary). And try to boot/run with just this compatible DIMM only (and clear CMOS before using this other DIMM).

I mean using the RAM of my cousin not adding additional ram just that, in every slot i try it doesn't work not even clearing CMOS, that's what i meant. And i do have the last BIOS.

3701 That's the last one available for my MOBO.

But i guess that ram could not be compatible as you guys says just wanted to try.

It's weird because when i'm using the 4 cards CPU-Z recognizes them all but the BIOS and the Windows doesn't. (My pack of 4x4GB)

So effectively you are mixing DRAM - you have 2 sets of the Corsair, each being 2x4GB? Yes/No? What version of Windows, need at least Home Premium 64bit to run 16GB. If you have that, might try starting with one set of the DRAM in slots 1-3 - go into BIOS, enable XMP select profile 1, then change DRAM voltage to 1.56 and save, exit, boot to win and make sure all 8GB are seen. If so then shut down add the other two sticks and give it a try

Ultimate 64bits, i'm currently using 8gb in X.M.P, should i change the voltage and add the other sticks too and see what happens?

Edit: And yes, each set being 2x4GB

Edit 2: Changing the voltage to 1.56 recognizes 8GB so i tried putting the other sticks but still, cpu-z sees them but neither the BIOS nor Windows recognize them.
