Here we go, it depends on what you need and what you WANT. I prefer the P8P67 PRO over the Sabertooth 'IF' I had in mind a PCIe based SSD which are the SSD killers.

they told me Sabertooth P67 can run normal setup to 4,6 esay with out changed any config !

I assume it's a Intel Core i5 2500K then 4.6~4.78 GHz is obtainable. I don't recommend the 'one-button' or 'auto-OC'.

And you're asking about the ASUS for ... why?! You have an MSI P67A-GD65.

The asus p8p67-M pro is a micro-atx motherboard. As far as oc, it should do as well as anything. Remember, that the oc limits are dependent on the particular chip sample. Your results will vary.

According to this review the MSI P67A-GD65 is a better overclocker then the Asus Deluxe and it's cheaper.

I looked at this extensively at launch. The PRO is a bit more expensive. In part because it will allow sli. But, sli is probably not a great idea on a m-atx motherboard. Installing two dual slot graphics cards will put them next to each other, and one card will be starved for cooling air.

The non-pro will have ide support that is missing on the pro. There were some other minor differences which I forget. Go to newegg, and select the two for a side by side comparison. See if there is a feature that you need that is missing in the trade off of one for the other. The asus web site might also have the comparison capability. I got the pro on speculation that sli might be a future option. In retrospect, that was probably not a great advantage.
