Question P95 Blend failed

Hello guys.
I overclocked my CPU after reading this amazing post.
I got to 4.3 following the exact same steps Darkbreeze described.
I managed to do 4. 3 with something like 1.22V or maybe even less, I tried to bump it to 4.5 but I compromised for 4.4 when I had BSOD running 4.5 @ 1.3v.
I did the P95 small FFT test for an hour, passed the RealBench 8 hour stress test, but when I ran a blend test on P95 it was showing this:

I5 6600K 4.4@1.3V
Temperatures are perfect, LLT is set to auto, BIOS updated F21, RAM is fine based on memtest86.

Test seems fine for now after I changed LLC from auto to high but temperatures are getting up to 80 sometimes... I tought of reducing the voltage but it only goes for 1.18v Max...
