Hello, I am in possession of a portable packard bell Minos GP3W and I would need the latest version of the bios but I can't find it via your site even entering the model or serial number can you help me thanks?

Packard Bell support website is the place to look for BIOS updates for Packard Bell desktops & laptops.
Bear in mind that some very old models are no longer supported for updates.
