Question Packet loss on xbox connected via ethernet

I am trying to play my xbox series x online and I am connected to my mobile phones network via ethernet. I am getting 1% packet loss sometimes 3 or 4%. What could be causing this? Any way to fix it?

What is the full connection path from Xbox to the online server?

Some combination of wired and wireless connections for certain.

Most likely interference with respect to any wireless connections.
