When I play FPS and battleground game the game process is stopping at one place and resuming I don't know is that packet loss or pc issue. If is it packet loss how to know is it internet issue or pc and how to fix it and games like GTA rp (fivem) 3-4 times it says connection is interrupted and at last it's stuck at that error and I can't do anything in server

Solution
Is it router problem then?? Cause I plugged in internet cable directly into my pc it's still the same issue. How to fix it then. 😐
Are you running a router and modem separately then, because it always takes a modem to even connect to the internet? A router is just a device that splits connectivity into multi ports and Wi Fi. The Modem is what actually connects you to the internet. https://www.lifewire.com/difference-between-modem-and-router-4159854

Again, contact Excitel and get advice from them. Every ISP has their preferred way of doing things, and they have their own login for the devices that work with their service as well. It even says so in their FAQ on more than one FAQ.

Are you monitoring your ping, and if so does it shoot up high when this happens.? Also, are you playing only on servers in your region, which is advisable. Servers located far away can cause such problems.

Also, is your LAN driver up to date?
No the ping is normal and my lan is up to date it's happening from 1 week when I shifted my internet connection

Well if that's the case you may have an exceptionally bad ping route from the terminal of your new ISP, assuming that's what you meant by "shifted" . You can check it with a tool called Ping Plotter. Use any URL to test, but it's best to use the closest, faster server to you. Best case scenario is usually one bend. If it zig zags back and forth a lot, it's a bad route.

That said, it also wouldn't hurt to talk to your new ISP provider and ask them if they can test your line and your modem. Did they issue the modem or did you buy a new one with the new service? It's always best to stick with the brand and models of modems your ISP recommends.

There are also some ISP speed testing sites that also test for packet loss. You can however just use Command Prompt to ping certain URLs yourself and it will report if there's any packet loss.

Like I said above (read edited post), it doesn't make sense to buy new ISP service unless you KNOW that's the problem. As well, ISP services generally work best with certain brands/models of modems, so just because it worked with your prior ISP, doesn't mean it will work well with another.

You're also probably not picking best case scenario URLs to test in Ping Plotter. The ping was over 50 and packet loss 30%. Instead of using huge traffic sites like Google and Twitter, think in terms of a local public library or something.

Again, contact your ISP, or at least read their website regarding brands/models of modems they recommend.

There are no recommended modem/routers we can use anything. If it's issue in their modem they need to check it and they are not checking it it's 10days so I decided to change the internet. Before that 10 days I used the same internet in other area it's totally fine but in this area this is happening. Does it happen when the cable wire is traveling a long distance from Thier modem to my router. Can you explain the screen shot what is happening. Please tell me is it pc issue or internet.😫

What ISP do you use? Also, read my last edited post, I think you may have missed some of it.

I'd rather you use a site I don't have to log into to see your screenshots. Imgur works fine for me for example.

You should read this (Excitel FAQ page). The very first FAQ clearly states they recommend and have tested certain brands.
https://www.excitel.com/faq/

Here's another site showing a list of top brands/models that work well with Excitel.

Again though, as I stated above, contact Excitel and make sure they can verify which are best.

NEVER take a modem/router manufacturer's word that their product will work well with ALL ISP services.
