Hello, since i bought my pc i had a problem. My intenet "dissconect" every 20-25 seconds. These packet losses make trouble to play online games. Problem aint in my provider, cause at my laptop i havent problem like this one. Problem 100% in pc. I thounght what problem is in my network card and i changed the old one for the new one motherboard(from gygabite b550m aorus elite to gygabite b550m aorus elite again). But problem wasnt solved. These losses are systematic. May be somebody know what is the problem? Down i will insert image of the packetloss test.thanks in advance

Describe your network setup (modem>router>PC, for example).

I assume the PC is connected directly to the router. If so, have you changed ports on the router? Different ethernet cables?

Or, are you using a wireless connection? If so, what device?

You swapped motherboards, but did you do a clean Windows install at any point?

i tried change port on rouet, but i didnt help. I dont use wireless. I have router with wireless conection and from it i have a wire to my pc, so router - pc. Whats all

Sounds like a driver or software issue. Try updating or reinstalling network drivers, disabling power-saving for the adapter, and checking for background apps or firewall interference.

Your > 200ms latency and jitter was extremely high.

How far are you from the gaming server? Over half of the earth globe?

As suggested, try disabling power saving feature of the card and see if it helps.

Also check Event Viewer.
