page wont load when browsing the net

When i am browsing, after few minutes, pages wont load. happens with all browser.
if i run Malwarebytes Scan, it then loads. but then it will be like that again.
nothing found in the scan though.
anyone knows what happens?
its been 2 months and it makes me crazy...

using my isp settings with auto dns.
tried using google dns too, not helping.
checked with the isp, they said they didnt see anything wrong on their side.

I am Using windows 10.
I am using Ethernet, but i tried using usb wifi, still same problem.

Try using cleanbrowsing dns 185.228.168.9. It's possible a Windows 10 update screwed up something. Does this problem occur on any other devices?

sorry didnt reply sooner.
I checked my brother's computer, seems normal.
as far as windows update. i even clean installed it once...
i have my suspicion for trojan or malware messing my pc but all scan found nothing
gonna try using the dns 185.228.168.9 and see if it works.

update 6/11: it is not working.
I either bait it with running Malwarebytes scan (usually it start loading pages when the the scan is in phase 3 [memory scan])
or bait it with another browser. (running chrome and opera)

on new pc with windows 10 make sure windows not putting to sleep your ports. under power settings and device manager turn off sleep.

try a few free online virus scans see if one of them picks anything up.
