Pages won't load fully, refreshing

Never had this issue but occasionally my ping will spike when i'm playing a online game and pages have to be reloaded multiple times to actually load. the whole page won't load and only loads a portion of it initially. Is this something wrong with my hardware or isp related?

8gb ram should be OK

The i3 seems a strange choice to go with a Z77 mobo and a GTX780

The CX600s have been problematic on this forum.

What Speedtest results are you getting - ping, dl and ul?

In Task Manager, Performance, how is your ram split up?

I gather the 13% CPU usage is at idle. What about when game playing?

So - you've 4gb free? How is the 8gb broken up?
