Question Pairing a GPU with the Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650

Hello, I am back! My question is: What GPU should I pair the Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 with? Someone give me a good suggestion, since I do not want to make severe or 0 bottleneck for my CPU nor GPU. I will be using my build in 1280x1024 resolution, use it for basic general tasks, playing basic games, etc... someone answer!

I had an HD6870 back in the day when I had a Q9550. If you're looking for something close to concurrent, you could get a GTX750Ti or a GTX1050Ti but nothing higher than that.

AMD RX560 - RX580 maybe.

Anything from the newer 5000,6000, or 7000 series would probably not be happy with such an old platform.

I agree, stopping around the 700 series from Nvidia makes a lot of sense. 1050Ti are generally okay, but sometimes they don't like non-UEFI machines.

Thanks! I was thinking about the GTX 750 Ti aswell, or the GTX 750, but I will choose the GTX 750 Ti or the RX 580
