I have 3 nvidia programs processes running when graphics card driver is disabled they are 1) Nvidia user experince driver component
2) Nvidia driver helper service, version 260.99.
3) Nvidia driver helper service, version 260.99.

Processes 2 and 3 seem to be the same, however one is using far less memory than the other. I do not notice anything else nvidia or display related in processes whilst card driver is disabled.

Card driver enabled

Same processes occur.

yes is only program that runs that high, other programs that are running from cpu are tscui.exe ( o2 dongol program ), runs at 2%-5%, windows explorer runs at 3%-5%, task manager runs at 8%-12%, nvidia user experience driver component runs at 0%-2%, csrss.exe runs at 5%-10%, MsMpEng.exe runs at 0%-2%, scvhost.exe runs at 0%-3% and finally system which runs at 0%-2%.

hope this helps..

there is 2 highlighted points as follows
1) teredo tunneling pseudo-interface
2) ps/2 compatible mouse.

other than these 2 everything is un-highlighted.

If you mention on-board video, please disable that as it can conflict.
And from looking at your problems, maybe one of your memory can be bad. You can test it by using 1 RAM at a time to see if you experience any issue. Memory test would sometimes work and sometime doesn't due to it test in RANDOM sequence.

sounds like a good troubleshooting step..
let's test RAM, one stick at a time..

I have graphics card up and running now.ty for help. Got hold opf windows 7 disk preformed full format and install windows 7. Now card works yeah.

Thou I do have sound problem now, its very jumpy sound skips, blurred any ideas dude.

Thanks

1.) uninstall drivers and the sound device and then reboot unit; upon reboot let win7 re-install drivers.
2.) update the drivers for the sound card or if not updated drivers then roll-back to earlier version if possible..

Cheers dude I will give it a go, this is my sound setup, Intel High Definition Audio Subsystem, how do I go about uninstaling it, also I sure before format I had Raeltak drivers and sound system, now they seem to have dissappeared, could this be anything to do with sound problem.

thanks again :)

do into device manager and disable/un-install from there, the Intel High Def is your integrated sound. are you saying that you have a dedicated sound card installed.?

I un-installed and reinstalled sound drivers, but still have problem. I dont think I have dedicated sound card. What I was trying to say is before I installed windows 7, my OS was vista and under vista I sure my sound was controlled by a different driver (a Realtex ) device. I have noticed that Realtex provide audio codecs, could it be this an audio codecs missing that is causing the sound problem.

I have downloaded driver from realtex now, so device manager shows this in sounds, games and video controller. However in device manger system devices there is two options for high definition audio controller, of which none mention realtex.

Sound issue still continues also :)

Have you tried installing a sound card like a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi card? Realtek is the only company I know of that does onboard audio. Like stated before if you install a sound card you need to go in the BIOS and disable the onboard sound as well as uninstall any drivers for it. Take my suggestion and go buy a stand alone sound card, you wont be disappointed. If your on a budget you can get a Turtle Beach card for around $20 or so. Here's a link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829118103&cm_re=Turtle_Beach-_-29-118-103-_-Product

Hope that helps.

I am having the exact same problems as you are with this card and I am running windows 7 64x. I updated EVERYTHING on my system, new ram, new mb, new power supply the whole new processor, the whole nine. Still having the same issues as you are. If you look on the Windows 7 site the card is not listed as being windows 7 64x compatible, it doesn't say it's not, but it's not on the list. I think this card is junk and I read all these great reviews on it. Doesn't really matter how well it performs if it's not even stable.
