Palit GTX 1060 clearance

Hi guys!

I would like to get a 2.5 slot GPU (Palit GTX 1060 Super Jetstream) along with Asus B150 Aura mobo.

However I noticed there is a PCI slot right below the PCIE x16 slot where my GPU will be placed.

As Palit GTX 1060 is a 2.5 slot gpu, will the GPU NOT fit into the mobo?

It will fit but cover the x1 slot. They put it there knowing you probably won't use it but like the specs it adds to attract more buyers.
