Question Palit GTX 1060 StormX 3GB artifacts

I wouldn't say it's PSU 'cause whenever there were those artifacts GPU was nowhere near maximum load or high temps.

I've noticed when playing RDR2 with Vulkan API this doesn't happen whereas using DX12 it does. Could it be something to do with DX API???
