Hi guys, I'm planning to build my very 1st Budget Gaming PC this November. And as the title says, are they both compatible with each other? I know its a low-end motherboard, but that's the only one i can afford right now to actually complete my system.

Here's my planned build:
CPU: INTEL® CORE™ I3-4150 PROCESSOR
MOBO: MSI H81M-P33
VC: Palit GTX 750 TI StormX Dual 2GB
RAM: 2x 4GB 1600Mhz Kingston HyperX
PSU: Corsair VS450
HDD: Seagate/WD 1TB 7200Rpm
Case: HEC Cougar 5SS7 Spike

Will i face any performance problem or whatever?

I'm a noob at building a PC, so i got alot of questions.

Thanks in advance! :)

Solution
The reference 750ti draws only 60W from the PCI-e, this card uses a power connecter and uses about 10W and about 90W at full song, with its factory overclock. The recommendation by Palit is only 300W for the system, and such recommendations are notoriously conservative.
