Palit GTX960 Jetstream runs hot

i bought Palit GTX960 Jetstream.When i run games the temperature raise to 90-91Celcius.No matter how i set the fan speed from 60% to 100% the temperature remain 85-91.Most the temperature is 87-90Celcius.Is it too bad? idle Temperature gonna be 10-20Celcius

At load, that temperature is far too high.

Make sure the cables in your case are well managed. If there isn't a good path for airflow then there won't be good cooling.

Aero Cool A3X if im not mistaken
and i put 2 more case fan just beside my gpu
