Question Pandora FMS not working on my computers ?

I honestly don't know if this can be asked here, but I am desperate, I have been checking everything the whole day and cannot figure out what is wrong and I don't want to fail this module

I am following the instructions of the assignment from school, to configure pandora fms in my computer

I tried this, the exact same, in w11 and w10

So first I went to optional features and enabled snmp(In windows 11 I ran the powershell command) and verified that it is active and running

I configured a local group and IP, and then I downloaded Pandora FMS for windows and checked in services to confirm it is enabled, also checked the config file to confirm that it has the right info

And when I go to the server it times out(tried in Edge, Chrome, Vivaldi and Firefox)

I tried adding the IP address to the firewall and allowed it, just in case

I am beyond myself, have no idea what might be happening(Considering that I clean installed windows 10 on a laptop and only installed chrome, and it still failed) and I am hoping that you guys can tell me what might be causing this

What is the specific "time out" message when the configuration fails? Take a screenshot and post here via imgur (www.imgur.com).

Where did you get the Pandora FMS software? Did the school provide a download link/license or are you just trying to install the free trial version?

Have you reported the server "time out" problem to your instructor or the school's IT support team?

Are there connection problems to any other servers or websites? Are any other students having problems with timeouts or other problems of any sort.

What installation instructions are you using? Do you have a link to a manual?

Maybe wrong version..... ?

There should be no need to reinstall Windows, or anything else for that matter, barring some serious related file corruption problems.
