[SOLVED] Paracord keyboard cable

So I made a custom paracord cable for my keyboard and for some reason my keyboard won't work when it is plugged in. I have a RK61 keyboard with micro usb plug. I ran 4 30AWG wires through the paracord, wired them to a usb, and then to the original micro usb from the keyboard cable. When I plug it in to my keyboard all my lights work, but the keyboard does not type. Any help would be appreciated, I'm waiting to figure this out before I wire up my cable for my corsair m65 elite.

Sounds like you made the cable wrong, not really anything people can check over the internet, you have power but the data connections must be bad.
