Parity error blue screen fix for dell Optiplex GX280

Hello Forum,
I have a DeLL Optiplex GX280 mini desktop that i just got from a friend. after 3 days it just started displaying a blue screen error message that "Hardware malfunction
call your hardware vendor for support
NMI: parity check/ Memory parity error
***The system has Halted*** "
Please i need help from any one.
When i power on the PC without any usb device it works well, but the moment i connect any usb device it goes to the blue screen error again with the same message
I changed the RAM the same problem.

just i have changed its OS ( you should know it is very old hardware thats Y chang its OS "wnidows xp into windows 7") problmle have been FIXED
