Is there somewhere that explains how to partition a large
hard drive into 3 logical drives on XP? Thanks

here is a small faq about partitioning u might want to set
the size of teh partitions difrens (old article i think)...

duno if with this methode u can keep ur data

If you mean a clean HD then boot from your XP CD and follow the prompts.
Otherwise, or if you want to preserve stuff already on the HD you need
Partition Magic, which has a free trial offer at
http://www.softpedia.com/public/cat/13/8/13-8-2.shtml or here (not sure if
this is a pirated version though as it's so much cheaper)

That second link might be dangerous...it's 49mb and the actual program
should only be 22.6mb

Where you need to go is to www.terabyte.com and get a free utility to do
whatever you want with your partitions.
