I want to confirm if my components are compatible

As far as I know you need a Z-series chipset motherboard to be able to overclock the 14nm K-series Intel chips. It's not that it couldn't run, just that it would be a major waste on this board.

Yes all your components are compatible, but check to see if you need a BIOS update to support the new "7700K" CPUS.

Also, if you're getting a 7700K CPU, I'd strongly suggest investing into a water cooling solution. I'm struggling with my chip's temps all be it hooked up with a Noctua NH-D15, which is presumably one of the best air coolers you can find.
