So I've got an Intel Core i5 7400 3ghz processor, a GeForce GTX 1060 3gb SC graphics card and 16gb of ram. I'm just looking for confirmation on whether I would be able to stream on Twitch with like 720p60 and still maybe get around 100-144 fps and if not then what must i upgrade?
Thanks

You could definitely stream 720p 30fps, and around 3200 bitrate, but i don't think you'd keep 100+ fps or stream at 60fps.

If it's a lighter game like league of legends i could see your FPS staying 90-120fps, however if it's a game like overwatch you would be lucky to keep a steady 60-70fps. As for what you would need to upgrade, your CPU.

Should be able to stream fortnite with decent FPS at medium settings. (at 720p 30fps)
I'm not so great when it comes to recommending a specific processor to upgrade to, I just know that your specific i5 is equivalent to the amd fx 8330e which is what i have and it cant handle a lot of higher CPU games while steaming.
