Hey
Can you guys help me find parts that will be under 600 or 500? It should play upcoming games around 1080p. For example, cities skylines. For gta v, 1080p is not a must.

You could start off with an AMD 6300 FX series, or some i5 4--- series if you'd like to pay more for extra performance.
if AMD is what you choose then you should consider the following:

CPU: AMD FX 6300 3.5GHZ
MOBO: Gigabyte GA 970A d3p
RAM: G.skill sniper 4GB 1600Mhz (get two)
PSU: Seasonic M12II 620W evo edition
GPU: Sapphire r9 280 Non X edition (or go for the X edition, which ever you prefer)
HDD: WD 1TB 7200RPM 64 Mb cache should be enough for storage
CASE: Corsair Carbide Series 200R Black Steel
