parts from dim 4300 to dim 8300 ok?

Will the parts from a dimension 4300 fit onto the motherboard of a
dimension 8300? My 4300 MB is screwed and i wanna add the parts onto
a new motherboard. Its a P4 1.7gh with 768 SD RAM.

The RAM will definitely not work - the 8300 uses DDR; the 4300, SDR.

The 8300 doesn't officially support the 400 MHz bus CPU from the 4300
either - it may work but the specs for the 8300 say 533 or 800 MHz bus only.
