Question Parts still stay on even when computer is turned off

When I turn off my computer, my microphone and keyboard stay on. This problem is only resolved if I turn off the power supply completely.

are you sure you did a shut down and not sleep?
and some usb port can have power when the pc is off. read the manual

I'm sure that I have it completely shut off, but thanks for the advice. I'll check it out!
