I have been searching far and wide to find a passive cpu cooler that wont cost me over 60 bucks and I have heard that the cryorig H5 can be used as a passive heatsink or at least were the fan only kicks in ta very high temperatures. If so I want to know if it is worth getting. I am not going to be doing anything but gaming so i dont think it should get to hot.

As the others have said, you probably won't even know the H5 is running but if you want to go passive with it...

Assuming your case has a rear exhaust fan installed I say go with the H5 and run it passive, but DO check its cooling abilities by running a CPU stress test while monitoring the temperatures before dropping the fan altogether!
Worst case: It'll get hot, you shut off the stress test and pop on the fan, which at 140mm isn't going to be noisy anyway.
