password for user account error...

when creating a password for a standard user it gives me some message saying "... will loose all EFS-encrypted files..and stored passwords for web sites or network resources." It never showed me this when creating the other users passwords back then. Why now??

when creating a password for a standard user it gives me some message saying "... will loose all EFS-encrypted files..and stored passwords for web sites or network resources." It never showed me this when creating the other users passwords back then. Why now??

This message should only come up when you are manually changing a password as another account. If you want to avoid that, change the password as the user.
