Question Password forgotten for fresh Harddrive with Windows UBS install.

Hi
I have had my computer unused for around five years and decided to buy windows
10 on USB and a new harddrive.
I had 2 old hardrives so I removed one and disconnected the other,CD drive is empty.
I loaded the USB stick and then it asked for my password which I forget even with the hint.Nothing is connected except for my new harddrive and still wants a password.
I'm stuck.

I'm on PC.
