Password Prompt Problem

I am using a Windows 10. Today I experienced something very bad. When I tried to boot up my pc..I got my lockscreen but when I make the gestures to open password prompt nothing is happening. The screen is blank (with my lockscreen wallpaper and wifi, ease of user access, shut down). I tried to solve this using safe mode but when I boot up into safe mode the same thing is happening. The password prompt is never arriving in any of the safe modes or normally. Please help me, I need my computer for school instantly.

I am using a Windows 10 and recently I got up into a frustrating problem. When I boot up the PC I get my lockscreen but I never get my password prompt. The screen darkens as it does for password entry but the box never appears not do I see options of other users. Ctlr Alt Del does not work. All of the safe modes give me the same outcome. The password entry Box is never coming. Please help I need my computer for school work. Tell me how to fix this issue.
