Password on what? On a system where you frequent a public network (like taking your laptop to the same coffee shop), then changing could be useful.

If you are talking about systems on your home network that are behind a secure firewall, then changing passwords is of lesser value.

However, you might consider changing your wireless password (router and systems) occasionally, just to keep the neighborhood kiddies at bay. Especially if you aren't using WPA.....
