Question Patriot m.2 or the same price for 2.5" Lexar

I was checking some prices for the new (and first) SSD I'm going to buy, and there are two options:
1- PATRIOT P300 (256GB) (Gen3 m.2)
2- LEXAR NS100 (256GB) (SATA 2.5")
the prices are the exact same! [8,490,000IRR = 16.5USD] + it's on a reliable site so I'm pretty sure it's not a scam
So I was wondering if I should get the P300 or not
(please consider that I'm living in Iran and there's absolutely no official warranty for almost anything)

Your motherboard has an M.2 port. Use it.

Also, go larger than 250/256GB.
500GB minimum.

If this is to be the only drive in this system, 250GB does not go far.

What are all the rest of the proposed parts?
