Pavilion upgrade gpu problems

ok so i have a pavilion 500-111ea with a 1000w psu. I've tried everything to get my HD7750 to work but to no avail. I've tried dissabling the on board graphics , but then when i put the card in i get no signal to display. I have upgraded to windows 10. Could this be the problem ?
