Currently I am deciding which monitor will be better for my current pc. I bought my pc parts not knowing that the 980 ti was around the corner, and not wanting to want the deal with gtx 970's 3.5 gb vram. So I picked up a 980 when I built my computer. Now since the holidays are around the corner I am looking to pick up another monitor and wanted to try 1440p. So far I found two monitors that caught my interest. The ROG Swift and the PB278q.

Which monitor would be the best for my current setup? I currently only have the asus 248qe, and plan to use that monitor beside my new monitor for things like web browsing while gaming. I mainly play single player games like skyrim. I do not have enough money to upgrade to a ti, and was planning on waiting for the price of the 980 drops more so I can sli in the future.

Well PB278Q is an IPS screne so it provides better colours and viewing angles while the swift has GSync which will work great with the 980 and provide better gaming experience. Which one is more important for you? Also don't go SLI until you absolutely have to (your gpu can't run games, which I don't think will happen soon).
