PC $1500 build help

Hello everyone,
Newbee to PC racing and computer builds but I would like to build my own exclusive racing games PC . Although I have never done so before, I feel I can accomplish and look forward to the build.. My budget is: ( $1500-1700 or less if possible) for PC only.. I plan to use triple ( 24-28" monitors or maybe 3- 32" TV's) ( which will be the next question in ref: to compatibility of screens and refresh rates etc,..) So many questions..
Of course the concerns I have are making sure parts are compatible and provide the best experience with the budget available and not to let inexperience cause failure.. I will be using a 2DOH seat motion by Simxperience for added emersion. System will be used for auto racing only ( Iracing, F2010 and a few others.etc...) With all the choices for graphic cards, coolers, MB's, SSD vs HDD, and etc., any advice on PC build would be greatly appreciated.
Its so great to have a forum to go to where so many people have the knowledge, willingness to suggest and guide and help an old newbee like myself complete a virtual racing adventure. Modern tech is great... I grew up when the pencil and paper were the means of communication.. lol Thanks in advance!!!!
