Question Pc access bios but wont boot

Hello, so yesterday I upgraded my pc, bought new mbo(asus tuf gaming b650), ram(corsair vengance 6400MHz) and cpu (ryzen 7600x)..

Installed windows normally(win10), downloaded win11 and installed it was all okay until I started to install gpu drivers(rx 7800xt - amd adrenaline software), at the end of installation error came up from windows something about hardware and I press okay, installation contiuned and windows crashed.

Took few turns to start windows normally cuz blue screen and safe mode was appearing.

Went on to download and install drivers and windows updates, had few crashes with weird image so I tried to ddu drivers and do clean install, with drivers deleted I went to do windows update first.
There were 5 updates, 3downloaded and installed, other 2 downloaded but failed to install so I went to restart pc.

That was the end of it, after that restart I couldn't start my pc again, it goes past mbo logo screen and goes straight to black screen.. I can acess bios tho..

I tried to do clean install of windows but can't boot from usb aswell...


I tried following

-removing cmos
-another nvme
-reseating all components
-using only one ddr5 memory stick in multiple slots
-updating bios
-tried nvme and it boots on another mbo(am4) into this windows I installed on new mbo

I tried to make win11 instalation trought rufus and get stuck at "starting windows bootmgr.."

At this point my mbo is sitting on table outside of case, with only 2 power cables connected to it..

I hope there is somebody who can help me..

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

Gpu: asus tuf rx 7800xt
Mbo: Asus tuf gaming b650 plus wifi
Ram: Corsair vengance 6400MHz ddr5 32gb(2x16)
Psu: Corsair RM850x
Nvme: Samsung 970Evoplus

Tried to boot ubuntu and it works without problem..
Don't know why windows don't work..
