PC after startup doesn't recognize the network (local network)

PC doesn't automatically connect to the network after start, altough it is connected to the switch with RJ45 and that is connected to the router...
In windows it shows that connection is blocked or something like that...
I always have to unplug the cable and then plug it back in.... What could cause this?

may be you blocked lan port from startup try to reinstall the driver
