Anyone here who has the RS480M2 mb get a miss reading of the CPU temp by
PC Alert 4? The reading I got was off by +18 C. It got the system temp
right but not the cpu. I hope they come up with an update for it.

No, I haven't got any hardware monitor to work. Not Corecell and not
PC Alert. My bios also measures rather low, unbelievable CPU temp. I
flashed the 3.2 bios (they have also 3.3 now) and got cool & quiet. It
works nicely. One sets 3 temperatures for fan speed high, medium and
low. I use 45, 40 and 30 since they have to be over 30 C all of them,
and because I measure a very low cpu temp. Stock cooler, and I think
28C for CPU with free running cooler (4300 rpm). Now the fan runs 2700
rpm most of the time.

Maybe +18 is right !? more correct than bios, I mean.

I have a 3500+ win.

Remember to set up Hypertransport from 800 to 1000. It raised my
memory benchmarks 700 to 5700 (sisoft sandra). Only tweakable option
;-(
