[SOLVED] PC alt tabs twice randomly during the day

For about a year now my PC will alt tab from whatever I'm doing once, then again about 10-20 seconds later. This usually only happens once or twice a day so I never really notice it that much. If it happens when I'm in a fullscreen video my taskbar will pop up, then go away when the second alt tab happens. This is more annoying when gaming as I will get sent out of the game i'm playing, sometimes in key moments. If there is any solution could someone please share it with me.

Do you know for sure that it is the Alt+Tab key combination that takes effect, or may it be another installed app that steal focus.

I used the program and when it happened nothing new showed up in the log. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, I'll try again and tell you if it works.

Nevermind I forgot to start the process, but I figured out what it was. It came up as installer_no_upload_silent by Akamai. I actually have no clue what this is, and a while back I thought about uninstalling it but I thought it might be something important i just forgot about. Thank you for this solution, this had been going on for too long.
