PC ALWAYS crashes on startup.

Crashes and then shuts down, then i have to manually restart it and it usually works fine after that. (sometimes repeats the crash).

I haven't been able to take pics of every single error code that pops up, but here are the error messages i have seen:
1. MEMORY MANAGEMENT
2. KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE.
3. IRQL NOT LESS THAN OR EQUAL.
4. SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED.
5. PAGE FAULT IN A NONPAGED AREA.
6. CRITICAL PROCESS DIED.

Reinstall OS and see if above errors persist. If so, hardware issues are very likely, but I expect some of those errors should go away.

What are your system specs?

Do you have multiple sticks of RAM? Try running one stick at a time.

Bad or missing driver , Hardware issue possibly. Also check the health of memory with memtest and HDD\ SSD health with HDTUNE or Crystal Disk.Look in Device manager for issues.

This may sound far fetch, the last time I had the problem I was sharing a monitor between two computers (one was always off) (using the DVI and Display Port on the monitor). I solved it by restarting the monitor to make it stop recognizing the 'off' computer.
