PC anti static platforms

I have often seen these anti static platforms in YouTube videos that you can put PC hardware on. It usually has two shelf's and holes for mounting GPU. Its used mostly for testing a PC without putting it in the case. I have searched for these everywhere, where can I find them and what are they called?
