Before I even attempt to get an answer, here is a list of things i've tried

-Bought an External Sound Card
-Disabled Speaker/Microphone enhancements
-Update drivers, even tried rollback or previous drivers
-Set communication activity to Mute all other sounds
-Re Installed windows
-Reset PC back to factory

Basically this is my issue:

When ever I go to play a game on my pc, my audio "bleeds" per say. By this I mean, if i am recording my voice or talking to someone over discord, they can hear every in game sound as if they were sitting right next to me. Its almost like i am broadcasting my audio over the communication app. I thought the external soundcard would solve the issue, but of course it couldn't be that easy. The really funny part is i completely unplugged all sources of audio (e.g. removed any input into audio jacks or usb ports) and even when there is no source of audio, my recording or friends can still hear the game sounds. Please, if you have any fix for this or any advice, please comment or PM me any info, because im losing my mind over this. Help. Please.
