Question PC automatically restarts after installing new RAM ?

hello so i decided to buy new RAM from corsair because my old 2 ram slots stopped working which left me with 4GB ram i had 2x4 and i bought 4x2. After installing them i turn on my pc and it goes through bios but when it starts loading windows ( it doesnt really start loading windows you just see the windows logo) it automatically shuts down and turns on immediately and this goes on and on.

pls help :/

i got HP motherboard and i dont think there is XMP on HP

After running the pc again it showed blue screen with the code: KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE
